Our mission is to promote doula care within 200 miles of Lincoln Nebraska and help couples match themselves with a passionate doula as well as find reliable backup care. We also plan to list local resources for pregnancy and birth as well as hold doula trainings, enrichment workshops, and host the Gentle Hands Birth Conference in 2012. |

Several of our doulas recently attended a birth conference in Kansas City with Ina May Gaskin & many other inspirational speakers. The experience was wonderful, spending time together and enriching our knowledge base. |

For all of mankind women have been helping women give in, let go, and allow their instincts to take over so babies can be born on their own terms.
Doulas who offer their services on this website are here to offer suggestions from a trained and experienced point of view.
We want all parents to feel prepared for their day of labor, understand all of their options, and enjoy the idea of embracing the birth process together without fear.
If you are a couple who is interested in taking childbirth classes in or around the Capitol City or hiring a doula to back you up, call or email any one of us to see what we recommend for childbirth education or to find out if we are the doula that you might want to set up an interview with. |
